How much do you charge?
We charge £40 for a call-out, which includes the first
whole hour of labour in your home. The majority of simple
jobs are completed in this time. After that we charge £20
per 30 minutes, or part thereof. We like to keep our
charges simple and straight forward, without any hidden
extras.
If any equipment or upgrades are needed we can arrange
these for you at an extra cost. You may also supply these
yourself if you wish.
- Do you come to us?
Yes, we come to you at a time that is convenient to you,
and complete the job in your home. If we need to take your
PC away for any extensive work we will provide the collect
and return service free of charge. Either way, you never
need to leave home!
- Do you provide telephone and remote support?
Yes, if you would like remote support, by telephone or
direct to your computer via the Internet, then please see
our Remote Support pages.
- Do you work evenings and weekends as I'm at work
during the day?
Yes, to make life easier for you we are able to provide
support and on-site service during evenings and weekends.
- When can I call you?
You can call/message us anytime 7 days a week. All calls
will be answered in sequence and if we cannot help you
immediately you will be able to request a call back at a
time to suit you.

What areas do you cover?
We cover most of Oxfordshire, see our map for more details.
We also cover areas outside the county, but a
transport charge may apply, depending on your exact

Can I contact the engineer direct via mobile (I can't
make my appointment)?
Yes, we have an emergency mobile number for your
convenience, just in case you cannot reach anyone on the
office number, or for example in case you need to make
changes to your appointment and the engineer might
already be on his way.

available to take your call, please be patient as they
