What's this?   It's our new live online chat system that allows you to text chat live with one of our technicians. This means that your questions can be answered and queries resolved straight away (subject to technician availability). If a technician is not available you will be able to leave a message.

Chat Window You do not need any special software on your computer, just a standard web browser and that's it! Every chat is secure and encrypted and only you and the technician will be able to see the conversations.
