Remote Support & Training via the Internet


How can we help Oxford Home IT Support are able to offer remote support and online training for those people who live outside our on-site coverage area, including international customers, by connecting directly to your computer via the Internet.

You may also use these services if you need high speed assistance, which would not be feasible otherwise.

Booking procedures are essentially the same, though please book by telephone or "Online Chat" if assistance is required very quickly. Remote assistance is charged at £12.50 inc vat per quarter-hour. International customers will be required to make a booking and payment prior to the support being given.
