How to pay your bill

Direct Debit - You can pay any of your bills by one-off Direct Debit, with the same security and guarantees you have with all Direct Debit payments and you'll always be protected by a full consumer guarantee. It's quick and easy and you're totally protected.

You can pay by Debit or Credit cards over the telephone, by calling 01865 988721.
Telephone payments are used to protect your card details at all times.
BACS payments via telephone or online banking - You can pay your bills using internet banking, or telephone banking by using our bank details, included on your invoice and accompanying email.
